Certificate Details: Serial code numbers, date of issuance, type of certificate claimed
Community Contributions: Ritual offerings (videos, writings, artworks) submitted for archival purposes
Engagement Data: Comments, messages, and participation in IMHA posts or events

Verify and archive certificate claims
Maintain accurate serial code records
Recognize accredited groups in the IMHA Global Network archives
Share ceremonial offerings with the community (with consent)

IMHA does not sell or trade member information.

All certificate claims and serial codes are archived in secured Google Sheets/Forms accessible only to IMHA administrators.
Ritual offerings are stored in IMHA’s decentralized archive with symbolic reverence and confidentiality.
Facebook interactions are moderated to ensure emotional safety and inclusivity.

6. Member Rights

Members have the right to:

Request correction of certificate details or serial codes
Withdraw consent for public sharing of offerings
Request removal of their archived information from IMHA records
